I designed these Black Pearl Hoop Earrings for those who love jewellery that works as hard as they do. Wear the oxidised sterling silver hoops on their own for a clean, contemporary look, or simply add the removable freshwater pearl charms to transform them into elegant black pearl hoop earrings. Two timeless styles in one beautifully handcrafted pair.
Each removable pearl charm features a genuine 5mm freshwater pearl nestled within my signature domed sterling silver setting. The silver is carefully oxidised by hand to create a rich charcoal-black finish that beautifully contrasts with the pearl's natural lustre. Inspired by the bold geometry of the Art Deco era, the design is contemporary while remaining timeless and effortlessly wearable.
The handcrafted hoops measure approximately 14mm in diameter and are formed from solid 2mm sterling silver wire, creating beautifully balanced earrings that are lightweight enough for everyday wear while feeling reassuringly substantial. With the pearl charms attached, they create an elegant 23mm drop, adding a graceful elongated silhouette that's perfect for everyday styling, weddings and special occasions.
Every pair is handmade by me in small batches using traditional silversmithing techniques and carefully selected freshwater pearls. As every pearl is naturally formed, each pair is beautifully unique, making your earrings completely individual.
