Refund Policy

I hope that you fall in love with your purchase when you receive it but in the event that you change your mind and would like a refund or exchange please see the below details covering my returns policy

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me. You will of course be eligible for a refund or exchange and I will refund any postage fees for you to return the faulty item to me.

Returns

The Louy Magroos returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including gift boxes where applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. outside of standard customisation options offered by Louy Magroos to all customers)
  • Is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order

To avoid disappointment, please contact me to check whether an item is refundable before ordering.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will confirm if/when you should expect a refund with a full explanation.

    If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 48 hours.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your bank or credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item for a different size or different design please contact me first and then post your item to: 330 Norton Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B945LP

    Gifts

    If you have received an item as a gift that has been purchased by someone else you can choose to receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

    Alternatively the buyer can return the item and get a refund applied to their original payment method.

    Posting your return

    To return your item, you should post your product to: 330 Norton Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5LP

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    As all items from Louy Magroos are classed as jewellery, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is your responsibility to use a suitable and insured postal service for returns.
