My Week As A Jeweller #20

How was everyone's week? It took me a little bit of getting used to getting back to work after a month off.

Lots of personalised orders came in early in the week for some weddings that are very soon. This bangle and set of bracelets are for a Mother Of The Bride and three lucky Bridesmaids...

Things quietened down as it does after your shop has been closed a while so it gave me a chance to work on some new designs and ideas...

This is our haul from the veg patch this year, not too bad as we have completely neglected it this year as we were just too busy...

We also hadn't been taking Bruce on his long Sunday walks int he lead up to the wedding so we made it up to him with a lovely walk around the Lickey Hills...

The sun was shining bright on the work bench, it always makes things better...

I even managed to take my iPod into the garden and cut some shapes in the sunshine...

Bruce had a great week as you can see...

There is nothing I like more than getting good feedback but when a thank you card comes through my letter box it knocks my socks off!!!

We spent the weekend at a food festival with family...

And finally getting those thank you letters written...

This week is all about getting on with prepping for Christmas whilst it's quiet, only 98 days to go now!!

Have a great week
