My Week As A Jeweller #12

July 23, 2013

This week has been super hot and clammy and to honest it has been really hard to get much work done. Soldering, filing and polishing are not fun in 30º+ heat so it's a pretty short blog this week with not a lot of jewellery making going on as I've felt like this for most of the week...

Anyone else struggling this week?? This little lot almost finished me off for good...

But I have been keeping my energy up with lots of home grown, homemade goodness. Mike's Mums home grown raspberries...

And my home baked bread and my Mums homemade jam...

I made this money clip for a customer, it also makes a pretty snazzy business card holder too...

Mike made me smile by surprising me with these beauties...

And by about 4.30 everyday this week me and Bruce have crashed out and needed to nap, shower and refuel, Bruce is a real hero with helping out with the nap part...

I'm off to find an ice lolly x

Mother Of The Bride

January 20, 2015 2 Comments

As most of you know I got married in August last year, and of course it was a handmade extravaganza!

Looking back one of the best parts of our wedding was the fun Mike and I both had designing and making the little touches that made the day uniquely ours!

And of course that meant handmade jewellery for all of our favourite people.

So who would like to see what I made for the most important of those people?
