Louy Magroos

Want to commission some unique jewellery?

Taking on personal commissions is one of my most favourite things; there is no better way to show someone you care than to have something unique made especially with them in mind.

Perhaps you have had an idea of the perfect gift, or you want something very specific but don’t know how to go about getting it made, well all you need to do is ask me, and we can work together to come up with something perfect.

I’ve had many unusual requests for a special piece especially designed to suit their needs, so however daft don’t hesitate to contact me. In fact the strangest ones usually turn out the best! Here are just a few of my favourite, just click on the image to see the idea behind the design...[singlepic id=8 w=320 h=240 float=left] [singlepic id=11 w=320 h=240 float=left]             [singlepic id=15 w=400 h=300 float=right] [singlepic id=22 w=320 h=240 float=right]

Often an idea for a commission comes from a customer seeing something in my collection that they love, but want it tweaking slightly. This week Kirstie got in touch for this exact reason, she saw a pair of earrings that she wanted as cufflinks… no problem at all!Silver pearl earrings, handmade uk

A few quick emails back and forth to find exactly what Kirstie wanted, and bit of quick maths to find out a price and we were all set to start making…

Positioning the Pearls...

Polishing them up...

Oxidizing them black...

And here are the finished Cufflinks ready to be gift boxed and sent off to Kirstie...

I am so pleased with how they turned out I am going to add them to my Deco collection, thanks Kirstie!

Thank you so much for making these cufflinks. They look just as beautiful in real life! I love that now once my fiancé has opened his gift, I’ll be able to show him photos of how they were made!!

Thank you again!

Kirstie
